Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 24, 2026

1. Operational Agreement

By accessing Skynera Transport, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management services. Our responsibility begins once a Manifest is signed at a certified hub.

2. Shipment Liability

Skynera is not liable for "Acts of God," including extreme weather, maritime disasters, or global pandemics. Standard liability is limited to $100 USD per shipment unless Premium Cargo Protection is selected during the booking phase.

3. Prohibited Goods

Users are strictly prohibited from shipping hazardous materials, narcotics, or restricted electronics without prior authorization. Failure to disclose cargo contents results in immediate account termination and cargo seizure.

4. Payment & Billing

All freight rates are estimates until the cargo is weighed and measured at our sorting facility. Final billing will be adjusted based on actual dimensions (Volumetric Weight).
